New Medicines Service – This service is very beneficial to patients who have been prescribed a new medicine by their GP. Our Pharmacist will always ask you to consent to this service.

1. Our Pharmacists will give you information about your new medicine before you start it and provide further information about your condition. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have about your new medicine or condition.
2. They will then contact you, via phone, twice during the first month to ensure that you are not experiencing any problems with your new medicines.

Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) – NHA Pharmacy can accept prescriptions which have been transferred electronically from GP surgeries. You will be asked to complete an electronic nomination form before using this service. For further information about this service, please contact us on 01604 654 214.

Hosiery Measuring and Fitting – Our Pharmacists can come and visit you, at home, to measure you for hosiery. We will order your chosen garment and come back to fit it. This service is provided free of charge (funded by the NHS).
