We will reconcile the items requested against your prescription, ensuring that you always receive the correct items.
We will endeavour to resolve any issues directly with your surgery; however in certain circumstances this may delay your delivery.
If you prefer a certain brand of medicine, please speak to our Pharmacists who will try to satisfy your requirements.
All of our medicines have a UK product licence issued by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency)
