- I work full time so won't be at home to receive my delivery, can you deliver elsewhere?
- Yes, we can deliver discreetly to your workplace, to a designated family member or neighbour.

- How will NHA Pharmacy know when I need to reorder my prescription?
- Our computer system monitors all prescriptions dispensed & we will ask you a week before your regular medication is due to run out, if you require a repeat.

- Will I need to contact my surgery to order repeats?
- No, we will do that, then pickup once ready and deliver FREE to you.

- How many repeats can I have?
- As many as your Doctor has authorised. Thereafter we will advise you of the action your Doctor wishes you to take before your next prescription is due.

- Currently my pharmacist explains my medication when I collect my prescription. How will you advise me?
